1. General Provisions
1.1. By registering on the AccountDiversity platform, users automatically agree to these rules and undertake to comply with all their conditions.
1.2. The platform reserves the right to modify these rules at any time without prior notice. Users are obliged to regularly check the rules for current information.
1.3. It is prohibited to create multiple accounts or attempt to register under someone else's data without prior agreement with the administration.
1.4. All actions that may disrupt the stable operation of the site or violate the terms of use are prohibited. This includes using automated tools to place orders or any attempts to deceive the system.
1.5. Any issues with service execution should be reported to customer support, and any technical failures will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
1.6. The platform reserves the right to refuse service without explanation if a user's actions violate these rules or create disruptions.
2. Terms of Interaction
2.1. Users must communicate respectfully and appropriately with technical support and other platform participants. Rude remarks, insults, profanity, or threats are unacceptable and may result in account suspension.
2.2. It is prohibited to use images that contain offensive material, pornography, scenes of violence, or that violate copyright or laws as avatars.
2.3. Response times from customer support may vary, but we strive to reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Delays may occur on weekends and holidays.
2.4. In the event of disputes or conflicts, all issues should be resolved through customer support, and its decision is final.
3. Orders and Service Provision Terms
3.1. Orders are processed in the order received, and estimated completion times are provided in the description of each service. However, exact completion times are not guaranteed as they depend on server load, account activity, social networks, and other factors.
3.2. In case of incorrect link or data provision by the user, the platform is not responsible for non-fulfillment of the order and does not guarantee a refund.
3.3. It is prohibited to order services for accounts, pages, or channels with themes that violate the law (sale of weapons, drugs, extremism, vote rigging, etc.). In case of violation, the platform has the right to cancel the order without a refund.
3.4. AccountDiversity does not guarantee that the followers, likes, views, or other metrics provided through its services will be active or engaged users. These services are only provided to enhance visibility and the "outward" appearance of accounts.
3.5. Simultaneous placement of orders on the same page through multiple platforms may lead to incorrect system operation. The platform is not responsible for such orders, and refunds will not be provided in this case.
3.6. In case of temporary account unavailability (e.g., if it becomes private or deleted) during order execution, a refund is not guaranteed.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. Refunds are possible only in the event of the complete inability to provide services due to the fault of the platform. Payments for partially fulfilled orders are non-refundable.
4.2. If the order was canceled by the user before execution, a refund is possible with the deduction of the payment system commission.
4.3. Refunds for partially fulfilled orders are possible only in the case of a clear error by the platform. In this case, the payment system fee is borne by the user.
4.4. Refunds are made using the same payment method used to top up the balance. If a refund is not possible, the administration will consider alternative transfer options.
4.5. All refund requests must be submitted within 10 working days after placing the order. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1. All users' personal data is processed in strict accordance with the law on the protection of personal data and is used solely for order fulfillment and service provision.
5.2. The platform guarantees the protection of personal data and agrees not to disclose it to third parties without user consent, except as provided by law.
5.3. Changes to the privacy policy may be made without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately after publication on the website.
5.4. Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data, and the platform agrees to fulfill such requests within a reasonable time.
6. Service Execution Guarantees
6.1. We guarantee the fulfillment of all service orders within the provided deadlines; however, due to external factors (e.g., changes in social network policies), execution may be delayed.
6.2. In the event of follower, like, or view losses after order completion, we guarantee free restoration if the order was accompanied by a guarantee. Warranty periods may vary depending on the service.
6.3. We do not guarantee that provided followers will be active or interact with the content.
6.4. All orders undergo automatic verification for completion. If the service is completed, refunds are not provided.
7. User Responsibility
7.1. The user bears full responsibility for the links, accounts, pages, and other information provided for order fulfillment.
7.2. AccountDiversity is not responsible for social media account blockages if they occurred as a result of using the services.
7.3. The user must provide accurate information when placing orders. Incorrect links or data may lead to order cancellation without a refund.
7.4. The use of the platform for promoting prohibited content that violates laws or social network rules is strictly forbidden.
8. Payments and Balance
8.1. All payments made by users are automatically credited to their balance, and their cancellation is impossible.
8.2. All orders are made at the expense of the user's balance. After topping up the balance, refunds to the original payment method are not possible.
8.3. The platform is not responsible for any delays in payment processing by third-party payment systems.
8.4. Any suspicious activities, such as using stolen or unauthorized cards, will lead to account suspension.
